Craig Kilborn is on. What is in your trash right now?
I have some freshly spewed up zinfandel courtesy of my friend, who could not make it to the toilet. Don't worry, she's better now. Safeway was out of Asahi, so I had to settle for Smirnoff Ice. Now am I the last to know that it tastes exactly like all those "hard lemonade" types? It's good, but not new at all.
I miss...

ERROR MSGruined grip tape//Monday evening, I was driving along construction-busy Ocean ave because I was on my way to re-meet up w/ Kelly and Dai-chan for dinner at Old Shanghai [16th Ave/Geary], when I heard this bump on my car as I trudged along slowly. Slightly panicked, I was worried I hit something [perhaps another car's bumper since we were all moving so snail-like due to the construction of the Muni K line]. I saw from my rear view that it was actually a skateboard I ran over. I heard the owner [who was on the sidewalk] yell out "fuck!" as he picked up his board, that was now broken. Not that I'm some mean bitch that did that on purpose, but I didn't see that one coming. It was simply something that he had no control over. Heh, I ruined someone's day. Completely sudden. Kinda felt bad, but oh well. Just one of life's shits.
And...my ear is still sensitive from the injury [see below]

My weekend has been full of grass jelly. Grass jelly galore! Grass jelly and noodles. I have to stop eating noodles.
outtakes from early this morning//
merlot oyster: [12:20 AM]: are u home alone again?:)
me: [12:20 AM]: maybe
me: [12:20 AM]: hey guess what---my ear is injured merlot oyster: [12:20 AM]: maybe?:)
merlot oyster:[12:20 AM]: are u ok?:(
me: [12:21 AM]: remember when you accidentally yanked off my earring?
me: [12:21 AM]: well, i saw that it bled a little
merlot oyster: [12:21 AM]: i'm sorry...are u ok?
me:[12:21 AM]: i'm ok, it's just that now that ear feels a little sore--like i just pierced it or something
see, that is why I don't publish my AIM sn on my site anymore--because that's the type of conversation you'd have with me. [yawn]
And my ear [right] still feels a little pained. That incident just happened on Saturday. I'll leave it up to your wonderful imaginations as to how and why my earring got pulled off. It wasn't no dainty little stud earring too [the "kristin usual"], it was a big silver hoop...and out came the crimson.

double edged sword//ERROR MSGDoes absence make the heart grow fonder or out of sight, out of mind?
Recent food conquests:
Wednesday: Curry udon [yay!] @ Mifune [J-town, across benihana]
Thursday: Tongue burning fun [and it is fun since I can take it] @ Shin To Bul Yi [Taraval/30th Ave]. I swear that out of all the Korean restaurants I've attacked, this places makes the yummiest kimchee jigae.
Today: no clue yet. Just barely started my day!
[Jericho and I were caught between Park ChowERROR MSG or Korean but I chose Korean because haven't been to the one on Taraval in a long, long time]
Maybe in a few years time, I'll transform this site to be solely devoted on my food conquests. The food adventures of Tin. The never ending saga. Wait a sec, this sounds like something out of the food network. Ah hahaha.
Someday you will ache like I ache...
Calling off the search//Oh! and I found my black dressERROR MSG. Oh yes, Oh yes.

And finally today, the countdown is narrowed down to the last 20 days...until I blow out 21 candles.
And that is most likely the last time I shamelessly plug my own birthday in here because as the time is quickly drawing near, I don't feel as hyped up about it as before because I know that once that day passes and it's over with, then there's nothing else to look forward to, well, other than the fact I'll be starting my undergrad studies all over again at a new school beginning of next month. Wow, fall season is next month. Shit, and I haven't had the chance to don my skirts this cold San Francisco summer.
Today is free-museum day, since it's the first wednesday of the month. I want to go to the Exploratorium again.
I'm glad that my sickness is lifting up up and away from my body. Strange and yummy tasting herbs really do help a lot, I think :)
You can thank your mother's "Cherries in the Snow" lipstick by Revlon [or any other lipstick] because for that you would've never been born.
My reason for being born: t-shirt. My mom said she first met my dad while wearing a t-shirt. They married soon after that [going out 3 months only!!] and 2 years later, out popped me onto warm Honolulu sand [haha j/k--I was born in a hospital!].
