ERROR MSG As the Senior Pastor of Wooddale Church since 1977, Leith Anderson is recognized as a significant national leader through a broad writing and speaking ministry. Leith holds degrees from Bradley University, Denver Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary. He is the author of Dying for Change, A Church for the 21st Century, and ERROR MSGLeadership That Works.

Before joining the staff of Wooddale Church, John held executive marketing positions at General Mills including Marketing Manager for Cheerios and the European head of new product development for Cereal Partners Worldwide, a joint venture between General Mills and Nestlé. John is a graduate of the University of Kansas, holds an MBA from Indiana University and is currently pursuing graduate studies in the Philosophy of Religion at Bethel Theological Seminary. He currently serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA.

Currently serving as Chair if the Board of Elders of Wooddale Church, Pat has been a significant leader at Wooddale for many years. In addition to his current responsibilities, Pat consults frequently with churches on effective board practices. Pat is an attorney and the Director of Trust Services for ReliaStar Financial. He is also active in community affairs through involvement with the Salvation Army.

ERROR MSG A 1994 Bethel College graduate, Jen most recently served as Assistant Manager and Head Buyer for The Great Big Toybox, a local independent specialty toy store. She has also held ministry positions in church, social service and academic settings.
