My 30th show. It was a blast, to say the least. Josh and I snuck my cousin Jenna up into the 6th row with us; it was her
first DMB show. (I'm trying to convert everyone possible. 
And it seems to be working. 
) I onceagain brought in my
sign, and this time Dave acknowledged it right away. He looked at itquizzically, as if he recognized it (or so I hoped).
The show was awesome...Recentlywas a big surprise; nice to hear it again. TrippingBillies had a ton of energy; Boyd was on fire.
But the obvious kicker of the night was when Dave came out and performed Beautyof Wynona. It took a minute for me to realize
the magnitude of what was happening; I was in awe. I don't think there isany band in the world who could amaze me the way DMB
does, night after night. I'm looking forward to Tennessee in July.
