It is the intent of the Board of Governors to limit these rules and regulations to a minimum for the mutual enjoyment of the club by all Members and their Guests. The obligation of enforcing these rules for the good of all Members is primarily in the hands of carefully selected and trained staff whose principal responsibility is to assure the Member of all courtesies, comforts, privileges and services a Member of a private club is entitled.
Dress Code ERROR MSGDue to your overwhelming response, your Board of Governors has decided that casual attire will continue to be accepted at both locations during breakfast, lunch and dinner (no coat and tie required)! Please no denim, shorts or t-shirts.
Gratuity An automatic 20% gratuity, approved by the Board of Governors, is added to each ticket for convenience, in addition to applicable taxes. A holiday fund is established annually for distribution to all club Employee Partners.
Membership Numbers ERROR MSGAll food and beverage services are acknowledged by signature, with the Member's name and membership number. The signing of the name assists the service staff in Member recognition. The signing of the membership number assists the club's accounting office in keeping proper records.
Reservations ERROR MSGReservations are recommended but not required for both lunch and dinner at Charlotte Plaza. call 704.371.6460 for reservations. Reservations are not taken at the Grille.
Menus ERROR MSGPriced and unpriced menus are offered. The Member customarily receives the menu with the prices. Menu viewing is available under the dining section of this website.
Member Statements Monthly statements are mailed at the end of each month. The statement contains all charges incurred through the last day of that month and dues for the upcoming month. Accounts are due and payable upon receipt. Member's accounts unpaid for 30 days after billing are considered past due and a late charge is added to the Member's club account. The accounting office is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. For any questions regarding your statement please call 704.371.8435.
Cancellation Policy Please note: Special event reservation cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid being billed for the event.
